Jingming (BL1)
Jingming (BL1), “Bright Eyes”, is a point on the Bladder meridian. It is point 1 of the 67 on the channel. Benefits the eyes, brightens vision, and disperses Wind and Heat from the eye region.
Location
In a small depression slightly superior to the inner canthus, beside the medial wall of the orbit.
