Xuanji (CV21)
Xuanji (CV21), “Jade Pivot”, is a point on the Ren Mai (Conception Vessel). It is point 21 of the 24 on the channel. Diffuses the Lung, unbinds the chest and eases the throat.
Location
On the chest, 1 cun below the suprasternal fossa, on the anterior median line.
