Neiting (ST44), “Inner Courtyard”, is a point on the Stomach meridian. It is point 44 of the 45 on the channel. Clears Stomach heat, stops pain, cools blood, treats heat syndromes of the meridian.

In the depression proximal to the web margin between the 2nd and 3rd toes.
