Xialiao (BL34)
Xialiao (BL34), “Lower Bone-Hole”, is a point on the Bladder meridian. It is point 34 of the 67 on the channel. Regulates the lower Jiao and eases pain of the sacrum and lower abdomen.
Location
On the sacrum, in the fourth posterior sacral foramen.
