Zhongzhu (KI15)
Zhongzhu (KI15), “Central Flow”, is a point on the Kidney meridian. It is point 15 of the 27 on the channel. Regulates the intestines and relieves constipation and menstrual pain.
Location
On the lower abdomen, 1 cun below the umbilicus, 0.5 cun lateral to the anterior median line.
