Zhishi (BL52), “Residence of the Will”, is a point on the Bladder meridian. It is point 52 of the 67 on the channel. Residence of the Will (Zhi): reinforces the Kidney and determination, strengthens the lumbar region and benefits the essence.
Location
On the lower back, 3 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the 2nd lumbar vertebra (L2), level with BL23.
