Yishe (BL49), “Reflection Abode”, is a point on the Bladder meridian. It is point 49 of the 67 on the channel. Outer window of the Spleen: houses the Yi, strengthens digestion and clears ruminating thought.

Location

In the back, level with the lower border of the T11 spinous process, 3 cun lateral to the posterior median line.
