Zhibian (BL54)
Zhibian (BL54), “Sequential Limit”, is a point on the Bladder meridian. It is point 54 of the 67 on the channel. Frees the channel at the hip, relieves sciatica and regulates the lower Jiao.
Location
In the buttock, level with the fourth posterior sacral foramen, 3 cun lateral to the median sacral crest.
