Chengjin (BL56)
Chengjin (BL56), “Sinew Support”, is a point on the Bladder meridian. It is point 56 of the 67 on the channel. Relaxes the calf sinews and relieves cramp and haemorrhoids.
Location
On the posterior aspect of the leg, between the two bellies of gastrocnemius, 5 cun below the popliteal crease.
