Chengshan (BL57)
Chengshan (BL57), “Mountain Support”, is a point on the Bladder meridian. It is point 57 of the 67 on the channel. Relaxes the sinews, unblocks the channel and treats hemorrhoids.
Location
On the calf, at the lower apex of the gastrocnemius muscle belly, when the foot is extended.
