Zhongting (CV16)
Zhongting (CV16), “Central Courtyard”, is a point on the Ren Mai (Conception Vessel). It is point 16 of the 24 on the channel. Unbinds the chest and descends rebellious Qi.
Location
On the chest, at the xiphisternal junction, on the anterior median line.
