Shenting (GV24), “Courtyard of the Spirit”, is a point on the Du Mai (Governing Vessel). It is point 24 of the 27 on the channel. Courtyard of the Spirit: calms the Shen, clears the mind and benefits the nose; often paired with Yintang for anxiety.
