Xinshu (BL15)
Xinshu (BL15), “Heart Shu”, is a point on the Bladder meridian. It is point 15 of the 67 on the channel. Back-Shu of the Heart: nourishes Heart Blood and calms the Shen.
Location
On the back, 1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the 5th thoracic vertebra (T5).

Pneumothorax risk: needle obliquely towards the spine, never perpendicularly or deeply.
