Jinsuo (GV8)
Jinsuo (GV8), “Sinew Contraction”, is a point on the Du Mai (Governing Vessel). It is point 8 of the 27 on the channel. Relaxes the sinews, extinguishes internal Wind and stops convulsions.
Location
In the back, in the depression below the T9 spinous process, on the posterior median line.
