Henggu (KI11)

Henggu (KI11), “Pubic Bone”, is a point on the Kidney meridian. It is point 11 of the 27 on the channel. Tonifies the Kidney and benefits urination and the genitals.

On the lower abdomen, level with the upper border of the pubic symphysis, 0.5 cun lateral to the anterior median line.
