Siman (KI14)
Siman (KI14), “Fourfold Fullness”, is a point on the Kidney meridian. It is point 14 of the 27 on the channel. Moves stagnant Blood in the lower abdomen and relieves distension.

On the lower abdomen, 2 cun below the umbilicus, 0.5 cun lateral to the anterior median line.
