Zhongfeng (LV4)
Zhongfeng (LV4), “Middle Seal”, is a point on the Liver meridian. It is point 4 of the 14 on the channel. Jing-River of the Liver: moves stagnant Qi in the lower abdomen and frees the ankle.
Location
On the anteromedial aspect of the ankle, in the depression medial to the tibialis anterior tendon, anterior to the medial malleolus.
