Lingxu (KI24)
Lingxu (KI24), “Spirit Ruins”, is a point on the Kidney meridian. It is point 24 of the 27 on the channel. Unbinds the chest, descends rebellious Qi and calms the Shen.
Location
On the chest, in the third intercostal space, 2 cun lateral to the anterior median line.
