Yuzhong (KI26), “Lively Centre”, is a point on the Kidney meridian. It is point 26 of the 27 on the channel. Diffuses the Lung, transforms Phlegm and unbinds the chest.

On the chest, in the first intercostal space, 2 cun lateral to the anterior median line.
