Binao (LI14)
Binao (LI14), “Upper Arm”, is a point on the Large Intestine meridian. It is point 14 of the 20 on the channel. Frees the channel at the shoulder, benefits the eyes and disperses nodules.
Location
On the lateral aspect of the arm, just anterior to the border of the deltoid, 7 cun above LI11.
