Jianyu (LI15)
Jianyu (LI15), “Shoulder Bone”, is a point on the Large Intestine meridian. It is point 15 of the 20 on the channel. Activates local circulation, relieves shoulder pain, expels Wind and Dampness.

Location
In the depression anterior and inferior to the acromion when the arm is abducted laterally.
