Naoshu (SI10)
Naoshu (SI10), “Upper Arm Shu”, is a point on the Small Intestine meridian. It is point 10 of the 19 on the channel. Frees the channel, relaxes the shoulder sinews and disperses swelling.
Location
On the shoulder, above the posterior axillary fold, in the depression inferior to the spine of the scapula.
