Xuehai (SP10)
Xuehai (SP10), “Sea of Blood”, is a point on the Spleen meridian. It is point 10 of the 21 on the channel. Nourishes and invigorates Blood, regulates menstruation, eliminates Wind-Heat from skin, resolves Blood stagnation.

Location
2 cun proximal to the medial end of the patellar base, on the bulge of the vastus medialis muscle.
