Lougu (SP7)
Lougu (SP7), “Leaking Valley”, is a point on the Spleen meridian. It is point 7 of the 21 on the channel. Transforms Dampness and relieves distension and heaviness of the legs.
Location
On the medial aspect of the leg, posterior to the medial border of the tibia, 6 cun above the medial malleolus.
