Qichong (ST30)
Qichong (ST30), “Surging Qi”, is a point on the Stomach meridian. It is point 30 of the 45 on the channel. Meeting point of the Chong Mai: regulates lower abdominal Qi, menstruation and fertility.
Location
In the groin, level with the upper border of the pubic symphysis, 2 cun lateral to the anterior median line, over the femoral artery.

Precautions
Avoid the femoral artery: find the pulse and needle lateral to it.
