Feishu (BL13)

Feishu (BL13), “Lung Shu”, is a point on the Bladder meridian. It is point 13 of the 67 on the channel. Back-Shu of the Lung: tonifies and regulates Lung Qi, stops cough and releases the exterior.

Location

On the back, 1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the 3rd thoracic vertebra (T3).

Back-Shu point (背俞, bèi shū)

Pneumothorax risk: needle obliquely towards the spine, never perpendicularly or deeply.
