Qihai (CV6)
Qihai (CV6), “Sea of Qi”, is a point on the Ren Mai (Conception Vessel). It is point 6 of the 24 on the channel. Tonifies original Qi (Yuan Qi), strengthens Yang, nourishes Yin, benefits essence, treats weakness and exhaustion.

1.5 cun inferior to the navel, on the midline.
