Wangu (GB12)
Wangu (GB12), “Completion Bone”, is a point on the Gallbladder meridian. It is point 12 of the 44 on the channel. Dispels Wind, calms the Shen and relaxes the neck.

On the neck, in the depression posteroinferior to the mastoid process.
