Taodao (GV13)
Taodao (GV13), “Kiln Path”, is a point on the Du Mai (Governing Vessel). It is point 13 of the 27 on the channel. Releases the exterior, clears Heat and eases neck stiffness.
Location
In the upper back, in the depression below the T1 spinous process, on the posterior median line.
