Yanglingquan (GB34)
Yanglingquan (GB34), “Yang Mound Spring”, is a point on the Gallbladder meridian. It is point 34 of the 44 on the channel. Influential point for tendons and ligaments.

Location
In the depression anterior and inferior to the head of the fibula.
Functions according to tradition
Influential point for tendons and ligaments. Tonifies and relaxes tendons, treats Shao Yang syndromes, benefits gallbladder and liver.

What its classification means

Precautions
No specific contraindications. Use caution near the common peroneal nerve, which lies close by.
