Yaoshu (GV2)
Yaoshu (GV2), “Lumbar Shu”, is a point on the Du Mai (Governing Vessel). It is point 2 of the 27 on the channel. Strengthens the lumbosacral region and regulates menstruation.
Location
On the sacrum, at the sacral hiatus, on the posterior median line.
