Qingling (HT2)
Qingling (HT2), “Cyan Spirit”, is a point on the Heart meridian. It is point 2 of the 9 on the channel. Frees the Heart channel in the arm and relieves shoulder and elbow pain.
Location
On the medial aspect of the arm, just medial to the biceps brachii, 3 cun above the cubital crease.
