Tongli (HT5)
Tongli (HT5), “Inward Connection”, is a point on the Heart meridian. It is point 5 of the 9 on the channel. Luo-Connecting of the Heart: benefits the tongue and voice, regulates heart rhythm and calms the Shen.
Location
On the anteromedial forearm, 1 cun proximal to the wrist crease, radial to the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon.
