Lingdao (HT4)
Lingdao (HT4), “Spirit Path”, is a point on the Heart meridian. It is point 4 of the 9 on the channel. Jing-River of the Heart: calms the Shen, regulates the heartbeat and restores the voice.
Location
On the anteromedial aspect of the forearm, radial to the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon, 1.5 cun above the wrist crease.
