Zhonglushu (BL29)
Zhonglushu (BL29), “Central Backbone Shu”, is a point on the Bladder meridian. It is point 29 of the 67 on the channel. Strengthens the lumbosacral spine and regulates the intestines.
Location
On the sacrum, level with the third posterior sacral foramen, 1.5 cun lateral to the median sacral crest.
