Huantiao (GB30)
Huantiao (GB30), “Jumping Circle”, is a point on the Gallbladder meridian. It is point 30 of the 44 on the channel. Activates channels and relieves hip and leg pain.

Location
At the hip, at the junction of the lateral one-third and medial two-thirds of the line between the sacral hiatus and the greater trochanter prominence.
Functions according to tradition
Activates channels and relieves hip and leg pain. Expels Wind-Damp-Cold, treats sciatica and lower limb paralysis. Essential point for sciatic nerve problems.
