Dazhu (BL11)

Dazhu (BL11), “Great Shuttle”, is a point on the Bladder meridian. It is point 11 of the 67 on the channel. Influential point of the bones: nourishes bone, releases the exterior and relaxes the neck.

Location

In the upper back, level with the lower border of the T1 spinous process, 1.5 cun lateral to the posterior median line.
