Quze (PC3)
Quze (PC3), “Marsh at the Bend”, is a point on the Pericardium meridian. It is point 3 of the 9 on the channel. He-Sea of the Pericardium: clears Heat, cools Blood and harmonizes the Stomach.
Location
On the elbow crease, on the ulnar side of the biceps brachii tendon.

Precautions
The brachial artery and median nerve lie medial to the biceps tendon: do not puncture the artery.
