Jianshi (PC5)
Jianshi (PC5), “Intermediary Courier”, is a point on the Pericardium meridian. It is point 5 of the 9 on the channel. Jing-River of the Pericardium: transforms Phlegm misting the Shen, harmonises the Stomach and regulates the Heart.
Location
On the anterior aspect of the forearm, between the tendons of palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis, 3 cun above the wrist crease.
