Bingfeng (SI12)
Bingfeng (SI12), “Grasping the Wind”, is a point on the Small Intestine meridian. It is point 12 of the 19 on the channel. Dispels Wind from the shoulder and relaxes the sinews.
Location
In the supraspinatous fossa, superior to the midpoint of the spine of the scapula.
