Tianliao (TE15)
Tianliao (TE15), “Celestial Bone-Hole”, is a point on the San Jiao (Triple Burner) meridian. It is point 15 of the 23 on the channel. Dispels Wind-Cold from the shoulder and relaxes the sinews of the neck.

In the scapular region, in the depression superior to the superior angle of the scapula.
