Shidou (SP17), “Food Hole”, is a point on the Spleen meridian. It is point 17 of the 21 on the channel. Unbinds the chest, transforms Dampness and aids digestion.

On the chest, in the fifth intercostal space, 6 cun lateral to the anterior median line.
