Chengman (ST20)
Chengman (ST20), “Assuming Fullness”, is a point on the Stomach meridian. It is point 20 of the 45 on the channel. Harmonises the Stomach, descends rebellious Qi and relieves distension.
Location
On the upper abdomen, 5 cun above the umbilicus, 2 cun lateral to the anterior median line.
