Jianzhongshu (SI15)
Jianzhongshu (SI15), “Central Shoulder Shu”, is a point on the Small Intestine meridian. It is point 15 of the 19 on the channel. Diffuses the Lung, descends rebellious Qi and eases the neck.
Location
In the upper back, level with the lower border of the C7 spinous process, 2 cun lateral to the posterior median line.
