Yangchi (TE4)
Yangchi (TE4), “Yang Pool”, is a point on the San Jiao (Triple Burner) meridian. It is point 4 of the 23 on the channel. Yuan-Source of the Triple Energizer: regulates the Triple Energizer, generates fluids and frees the wrist.
Location
On the dorsal wrist crease, in the depression ulnar to the extensor digitorum tendon.
