Pain and Stagnation in TCM

Pain often from Qi or blood stagnation. Liver governs tendons. GB-34 is the Hui point of tendons. LI-4 and LV-3 move Qi together.

Taichong (太冲 - LV-3)

Liver Yuan point. Soothes Liver, moves stagnant Qi.

Yanglingquan (阳陵泉 - GB-34)

He-Sea and Hui of tendons. Benefits knee, tendons.

Hegu (LI-4)

With LV-3 form 'The Four Gates'. Move Qi and blood.
