Jianwaishu (SI14)
Jianwaishu (SI14), “Outer Shoulder Shu”, is a point on the Small Intestine meridian. It is point 14 of the 19 on the channel. Dispels Cold and Wind from the neck and shoulder and frees the channel.
Location
In the upper back, level with the lower border of the T1 spinous process, 3 cun lateral to the posterior median line.
